About Tom

Tom’s 17+ year experience in mineral resources, and specifically exploration, around the world has given him a well-rounded appreciation for all aspects of the business. Including corporate structure, capital raising, government liaison, licencing, exploration modeling, field surveys and managing teams.

A geologist by trade, educated at the Australian National University. He began his career with Rio Tinto (Argyle Diamonds) before switching to exploration and becoming a geologist and later exploration manager for Platina Resources Ltd (ASX: PGM). Thomas then left employment and has co-founded multiple companies, including: (1) Helium One Global Ltd (LSE: HE1) - the world’s first dedicated helium exploration company, (2) Longland Resources Ltd - a Greenland focused base and precious metal explorer that was acquired by Conico Ltd (ASX: CNJ), and (3) Pulsar Helium Inc - a helium developer with primary helium assets in the USA and Greenland (where Tom is the President & CEO).

Tom is a Fellow of the AusIMM and Competent Person for Geology (FAusIMM(CP)), Fellow of the Geological Society of London (FGSL) and Fellow of the Society for Economic Geologists (FSEG).

Academically, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science (geology) with honours (1st class) from the Australian National University. Thesis title "Evolution and Mineralisation of the Bushveld Complex: Evidence from Ultramafic Pegmatites".
